Responsibilities
- Ensure that incoming post is opened and categorised in a timely manner and responses are in line with company guidelines and procedures
- Assist in the case management of vulnerable customers
- Handle welfare related incoming and outgoing calls
- Assist in affordability assessments for potentially vulnerable and vulnerable customers
- Assist in the monitoring and managing of customers referred to external debt advice agencies
- Any other ad hoc tasks that may be required

Introduction
This role is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover) based in our Bolton office and reports to our Head of Audit and Compliance, through the team manager. The role is responsible for the daily auditing of audio and visual recordings of our field Enforcement Agents and audio recordings of Call Centre operators, highlighting breaches in compliance where necessary. Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring call centre and field agent activity is in-line with applicable legislation and regulations, company policy, procedures and that of data protection and PCI DSS.
- Reviewing the audio and Body Worn Video footage of field agents and auditing the interaction during the visit against a set of criteria
- Reviewing the transcription and audio recordings of call centre operators and scoring against a set of criteria
- Complete agent audits using a risk-based approach
- Complete accurate audit reports on each review activity
- Identifying any non-conformance and complete appropriate report on findings
- Review and cross reference visits and call notes where appropriate as part of the investigation
- Communicate findings to department Line Managers based on outcome

Responsibilities
- Analyse change requests and business requirements provided by the Business Analyst.

- Validate forecasts and assumptions.
- Assist with solution assessment and validation.
- Compare planned and actual results of business plans.
- Conduct effective risk management to mitigate/minimise risks.
- Proactively identify operational and business challenges and provide timely solutions.
- You will be required to support and facilitate auditing and reporting of issues raised and work carried out.
- Assist in increasing business retention, keeping costs contained and building better relationships with customers and key stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Issue receipts for all payments received and to inform courts of all payments taken
- Where necessary, to convey persons named on the warrants to courts, police stations or HMP
- Complete all necessary paperwork and update handheld devices on actions taken

The position of the Arrest Officer plays an important role within CDER Group. You will be responsible for delivering a professional arrest service by the effective and efficient execution of arrest warrants.
Arrest Officers are required to visit customers at the addresses stated on warrants to obtain payment in full, execute warrants by arrest, arrest and bail or arranging a voluntary surrender. Where a customer is not present, you shall gather and submit relevant intelligence, making local enquiries to locate and effectively execute the warrant.

Responsibilities
- Issue receipts for all payments received and to inform courts of all payments taken
- Where necessary, to convey persons named on the warrants to courts, police stations or HMP
- Complete all necessary paperwork and update handheld devices on actions taken

Introduction
CDER is looking for enthusiastic, experienced individuals to join our enforcement team.
Our certificated Enforcement Agents enforce warrants and liability orders for various local authorities and commercial clients. The certificated Enforcement Agent’s role is to take control of goods to cover the amount a debtor owes. The role reports to the Head of Enforcement and is based in the field.
If you are an existing Certificated Enforcement Agent, we will start issuing you work as soon as you have completed your CDER induction. In addition to generous commission rates, we will also pay you an additional commission payment for confirming that debtors have gone away (GANT). We are the only enforcement company in the industry to offer this reward. We will also provide you with continuous support, training and development throughout your career with CDER Group.
Responsibilities
- Attend addresses as indicated on the liability order/warrant of control and remove goods if payment is not made following company procedures and completing necessary documentation at all times or, discuss a suitable arrangement which complies with client and company guidelines
- Identify if a debtor is in a vulnerable category and if so make an appropriate payment arrangement
- Complete case reports upon request, using company standard report
- Add notes, photos and fees from each visit to the case management system correctly
- Be at the first address at the ‘prime collection time’ of 6am each day
- Comply with company and client policies and procedures
- Adhere to National Standards
- Ensure all company equipment including vehicles are maintained and report accidents, equipment problems etc according to company procedures
- Use Body Worn Video (BWV) and download footage daily via WIFI
- Participate in training and development as and when required
- Complete all Enforcement types at company request
Personal qualities, experience and skills
- Certificated Enforcement Agent by a county court
- Confident, self-motivated, trustworthy and organised
- Competent computer skills
- Good judge of character
- Being physically able to lift and remove goods
- Have an excellent knowledge of Enforcement Agent Laws
