CDER Group wins Best Vulnerable Customer Support Initiative at the 2021 CCS Awards
The 2021 Collections and Customer Service Awards were held in Manchester on 24 November 2021. CDER Group are proud to won the award for Best Vulnerable Customer Support Initiative.
The judging panel provided the following comments: “CDER Group is an excellent example of a business challenging the culture of the industry to better support vulnerable customers. CDER is working with external partners to ensure vulnerable customers are protected. What’s more, their improved performance demonstrates that getting things right when it comes to vulnerability makes business sense too.”
This is the third award given to CDER Group this year in recognition of our initiatives to support customers facing difficulties managing the burden of debt. It follows recognition across the broader credit and collections sector including “Excellence in Social Inclusion” at the 2021 IRRV Excellence Awards, and “Helping Vulnerable Customers” at the 201 Credit Excellence Awards.
